Two months after getting the call from the hoped for construction company from the first lake house, letting me know they could do the second house for the next generation if we moved quickly, the foundations are in and back filling is complete. We were able to be quick enough that we caught him and filled an unexpected hole in his schedule that had him booked for a few years out. We had a lot of fun the other day with three generations of the family descending on Heckman’s Flooring in Wolfeboro with Julie Fergus navigating colors and finishes from the lively selection crew of a dozen or so. Way fun.
