For a couple of years, a parishioner was sharing that one of their next generation who had purchased the family lakefront home wanted to redo the kitchen. Last Summer, I had a couple of weeks to interface with this couple and found out that they really wanted to redo most of the home. One of the main things was to open up the views to this lakefront home which had very little glass quantities looking at to the lake. We added to the cathedral ceiling areas of the home and brought in new trusses and a new chimney mass with a two sided fireplace.
