A gorgeous Kittery Point lot and home combined kitchen and dining and grew a bit further still with an addition tucked in a grandfathered porch roof footprint that was available. The isolated and dated kitchen was opened and gained graciousness. A powder room slid out of the middle of everything and was kept Yankee tight so as to maintain a well loved window and view. Upstairs a bathroom was gained and a bedroom moved out to the addition. The entry was recreated to gain an eyebrow window, higher ceiling, and a barrel vault roof. The patio remains under what was a porch roof that has been replaced with two stories of living space. This home on it’s own small point is wrapped with gorgeous views.
