An existing long home that stretched along the lake with years of family history became a little too tired. This replacement lakefront home achieves the undulating facade I suggest for feeling better connected to the outdoors with three bay windows. The family room clerestory has windows to the top of the cathedral in the bay that lines up with this cathedral ceiling.
One corner of the home has a many sided screen porch the creates a bit of a gazebo flair as well as great views and air. There’s room for all comfortably hosting the next generations and the porch columns are as requested set on large stone bases.
