This week I completed drawings for a block of condos in Concord, New Hampshire for North & South of Barrington, New Hampshire. When they bought this partially finished project, they found no record of construction drawings, so I had to create a set mimicking what was already built. Also this week I began design of a new home in Rye, New Hampshire for a couple living in Texas who spent most of their lives in Massachusetts. Concurrently I am working with a large Retail Manager on some tenant changes. In a couple of weeks, I start construction drawings on Carriage Hill, an assisted living facility in Madbury, New Hampshire. Mixed in with all of this, I’ve been asked by Chuck Therriault to help with the Middleton Resort.
