The Professional Arts Centre at 40 Winter Street in Rochester, New Hampshire is a 30,000 sf office building that has been around for a good while. The entry had been a bit cramped and was a landing on the stairs with the stairs serving as the air lock vestibule. So as to make the stairs and elevator warmer and provide a more welcoming entry, we added on a set of automatic doors and an air lock vestibule to the exterior of the stairs and elevator. Welcome!
