I got a call about doing a tenant fit up and wound up assisting someone who had run number of businesses. This time he wanted to try something different and decided to open Raider Laser, a laser tag arena along with some arcade games. Certainly the most colorful tenant fit up that I have worked on yet. I’m not sure who has more fun, the visitors or the proprietor.
