I am working with a developer of small homes paired with cowork space which will help skilled labor to afford to live in urban areas. This will relieve the talent shortage and help businesses and economies to flourish via a market solution without government subsidies. The developer, Kevin Saba, has created some of these small homes paired with cowork space at Commoncove in Chelsea, Massachusetts. After refining the design Kevin is delighted to be able to take this solution further. There are a number of sites being considered for the next batch of small homes with cowork space and one site is in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
