When Lighthouse Physical Therapy moved into the Cate Street Building in Portsmouth I designed the office. Lighthouse Physical Therapy practices a cutting edge form of physical therapy called Intergrative Manual Therapy. With this format, the standard robust sound isolation required for physical therapy treatment rooms was not needed and the doors to the treatment rooms are usually left open. And so I developed some angled pockets at all the doors to have a place for the always open doors to fold against without getting in the way.
We recently added more glass between staff and waiting room.
