The owners of a lakefront home that received splash in October 2003 Yankee along with Inc Magazine as well as a book were able to purchase some land across the road. This second home is for the kids and grandkids. It was so much fun to be reunited with these clients that have become friends and family. 3 bedrooms look out to the lake with one bedroom overlooking the back yard. A large room over the garage 1/2 floor up from the mudroom provides a great play space that may be a future master suite. By having the garage a few more steps down than typical allows for this strong connection of the play space to the main house. Then a few more steps from the garage down to the basement and we are in a full height basement with shop and another play space. The First Floor features an open Kitchen, Dining, and Living as well as a Mudroom and Porch. A front deck part way up helps scale down the front. Fun & room for all.
