A Portsmouth, New Hampshire Historic District addition housing CAVA Restaurant, a Gift Store, two offices on the Second Floor, and a Third Story Apartment with loft. This was designed to look like it’s been there for a while. The project made the cover of Spotlight on 4 February 2010. Note the Glass Floors in both the CAVA Tapas Restaurant and the Gift Store. The wall with the plantings is the work of Lynn Felici-Gallant, Chuck Hugo of Hugo Landscape Design in South Berwick, Maine, and Chuck’s wife as well as business partner, Maya Travaglia.
