A single story home was moved to a lakefront lot and the front of the home was placed facing the lake. This created an awkward view from the road and the interior circulation paths were difficult. Our solution to this existing challenge provided a new roadside entry, improved interior circulation, and a raised roof with dormers to allow for a second floor to be added. The exterior is pretty well along and the inside work is ongoing.
