The Town of Newington, New Hampshire had a unique situation in that the town garage was slated to be replaced and it was in the historic district. With this we came up with a gambrel shape to the garage and salt shed. The flow of vehicles through the garage and out to the salt shed optimized ease and parking the trucks. It was set up so that the drivers could see the walls they were stopping at and not be blocked by wings. We also did a goodly amount of insulation and an insulated slab.
